How do I enter the personalisation?

• Add the item to your basket and click
“This item is a gift”. Proceed to the checkout In the
“Free Gift Message Box” enter your personalisation. In the Free Gift Message Box, specify the text you would like engraved – Please note we don’t do gift messaging. The Free Gift Message box is to be used for telling us your engraving requirements only.

• Please take care when entering your message as what you enter here will be exactly what appears on the product so please take care when typing as we can’t be held responsible for your spelling and/or typo errors.

• The hip flask can be engraved with
5 lines of personalisation, with 20 characters on each line including spaces and punctuation. If the character limit is exceeded it may result in your order being delayed. Going over our recommended limit will make the lettering too small to read. If there is a problem with your message or order we will need to contact you so please also enter an email address and an up to date phone number.

• When we receive your message it does not include a / or # to indicate a new sentence, we will use our best judgement when laying out the personalisation sent to us. Please contact us if you require your personalisation to be laid out in a specific format. Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message.
