I would have given 5 stars but for my initial and further attempt’s at the personalization writing on the mugs , the image on the back shows writing which i copied word for word except for substituting the name shown for mine ,but was continually told too many units which i didnt quite understand no one I contacted suggested an alternative until out of desperation I asked them to help me with a suggestion of what my options were , they had all my details so quite easy for them …..I feel…
