How do I enter the personalisation?
Add the item to your basket and click “This item is a gift” Proceed to the checkout In the “Free Gift Message Box” enter your personalisation.
Please take care when entering your message as what you enter here will be exactly what appears on the product.
The pocket watch can hold any role along the top up to 20 characters. Add their name in the middle over two lines, up to 10 characters per line and the special date along the bottom, up to 8 characters including spaces and punctuation.
If the character limit is exceeded it may result in your order being delayed.
